Do you like the sound of vintage silk rustling in your ear? Does the touch of a designer scarf from the 70's make your heart beat a little faster with thoughts of the stories it can tell? Does your fall/winter look involve a little french chic? Then I've made the Paloma tie with you in mind. I am a life long devotee of vintage scarves and when I saw these scrunchies coming back into style, I knew exactly how to elevate it.
These crisp silk scrunchies are all made from a curated collection of vintage scarves and they come with a removable silk tie. There are so many ways to wear this. I like to pull my hair up into a top knot using the scrunchie and then I wrap the tie around a few times and give it a pert knot in the front. They also work on a low pony or messy bun with the scarf tied in a bow or hanging long. The goal is to make it feel like you and ditch the rubberband.
Silk pulls your hair way less than rubber and I found I have fewer baby hair breakages since I switched to these...added bonus.
They all come with their own HoM travel bag and you are required to use it. Whether the tie is going in your make up drawer or bag, you are inheriting a piece with a story and I want you to treat it as such. Handwash, line dry, and keep her tucked away from loose lipstick and pen marks with the pouch (if your purse looks like mine). I think these make a divine gift, either to yourself or someone you want to give a little luxury to.
