The Margaux is probably the most time intensive hat to make at the moment but she is worth every second of it! The parisisal straw base has an extended brim in a sheer crinoline. This allows the brim size to be quite dramatic without feeling too heavy or blocking all the light. I'm always thinking about what will not cast a shadow in pictures. The sheer organza bow gives it a flirty finish and the black and white feather pulls it all upward. I've had people with very small and very large headsizes try on the Margaux and she seems to have a universal fit. The crown is very shallow and stays on the head with a small black elastic that goes under the hair behind your head.
