This color shade is new to me this year and is such a stunner. When I was first matching it to grosgrain, I thought it was headed to pair with browns but this peach and sky blue hopped on there first. This Jesse is also matched with one of the dyeing projects from the summer. The silk habotai trim was dyed in some fresh indigo that I had been growing by the studio this summer. It produced a lovely, light blue and I layered on golden dots from the cosmos that scattered the yard also. There are three groups of stitching in blues and peach to tie it all together.
The Jesse fedora is one of my universally popular shapes in a slightly wide, 4" brim and taller headsize. The straight brim is wider than the Ford and makes for a more dramatic halo around the head. The headsize is 23" but this can be adjusted before shipping.
